Oracle is to buy Eloqua for $810 million



 
It has been reported that Oracle has agreed to buy Eloqua’s 31 percent shares at an amount of about 810 million dollars. Eloqua is well known for making Automation Software. Eloqua has around 1000 customers including prestigious names like Dell and Cisco.

Thomas Kurian, Executive Vice President of Oracle has reported said that Eloqua’s Marketing Cloud to play important part in Oracle Marketing Cloud. 

In spite of difficult times ahead in the US Oracle is still hopeful of strong growth.
